You can call us! Our phone number is: 765-430-7102 please understand that we may not always be able to get to the phone as we could be on another call or with a customer in the storefront.
If you prefer you can also contact us via email at mikriworld@mymetronet.net if there is a specific person you are wanting to contact or have a specific issue. We will respond to emails within 24 hours, but generally within a matter of a couple of hours.

I placed an order, but it has not cleared my payment account and I have not received my order. What happened?
If your order went through you would have received an email from us that shows your entire order, if you did not receive that then there is a change your order did not go through or it got caught in your junk/spam folder. The majority of the time the order actually was not completed.
Once you have gone to PayPal to pay you MUST return back to the website (PayPal should do this automatically for you) to review and complete your order. If you fail to complete the final part of coming back to the website and reviewing and completing your order, you order will not process through PayPal or through our website.

What is Glitter Mirror Canvas and what are the instructions for using this Product?
Glitter Mirror Canvas (TM) is not like the regular "glitter canvas" that you may be used to using from big box stores. Glitter Mirror Canvas (TM) is full color glitter canvas with a very thin layer of vinyl (PVC) top. The thin layer conceals the glitter, does not flake, nor does it add extra bulk (it is still 0.6mm thick); therefore, it remains very pliable, light and is very easy to cut especially in those tight places. The beauty about this type of vinyl is that it retains the high sparkle, as it is not glitter mixed in vinyl rather vinyl over glitter. This creates a high sparkle, as the glitter is consistent throughout the sheet giving you a nice solid, rich color. This means you can use vinyl without having to sacrifice the sparkle! It has a woven canvas back, which is why MiKri World named it Glitter Mirror Canvas (TM). It is great for use in making hair bows, wands, hairband sliders, key fobs, bracelets, masks, appliques, pouches, ornaments, phone cases, belts, purses and purse embellishments just to name a few. You are only limited by your imagination as to where you can use this and what you can do with it.
This is NOT heat transfer vinyl and it is NOT marine vinyl. There is no film to peel off the top or backing to peel away as it does not contain adhesives. To use this vinyl you DO NOT need to use Heat and Bond Lite or any other adhesives. You can use sewable adhesive if you want to ensure it stays in place while you are stitching it, but we still advise that you put even sewable adhesive outside (or inside) your stitch line.
It is anti-mildew and abrasion-resistant. It can be washed in cold water on gentle or hand washed and dried via air dry, cool dry or hang to dry. Our recommendation is to HAND WASH. This is a vinyl product and heat settings are NOT recommended. DO NOT use chemicals such as Oxy Clean, Shout etc. with this vinyl as they can cause a breakdown of the vinyl.
Many of our customers have washed and drier using the "regular" settings on their washer and dryer and have not had a single issue in doing so, but this is not our recommendation.
If using this vinyl on items that are not preshrunk, please note that the vinyl will not shrink with the material. This can cause the vinyl to bunch up and even pull away.
Needle use for this really does depend on what you are making with it. If you are doing an applique on a knit fabric you will get the best results using a ballpoint needle.
MiKri World LLC did test our Glitter Mirror Canvas (TM) for lead and the test produced negative results. The test result is limited to the Glitter Mirror Canvas (TM) that MiKri World LLC sells. MiKri World LLC prohibits the use of our lead testing results, in any form, by any other company that sells similar products.
I am seeing others using the words "Mirror Canvas" in regards to product they are selling. Please note that we established rights of ownership of the term "Mirror Canvas" based on use of the mark in commerce as established in August of 2014 by MiKri World. Due to Mikri World LLC creating the name for the product you will now see a "TM" following Mirror Canvas. Trademark on "Mirror Canvas" is pending.

This product contains vinyl. It is not uncommon for vinyl to have an odor to it. If you find the odor is too strong, we recommend that you use Febreze on the backing, wipe down the front, or store it with a dryer sheet to help with the odor.
Sheets are 9 x 12 Inches, Rolls are 12 x 54 Inches and are hand cut.
Note colors may differ due to computer monitor settings and dye lot changes.
All sheets are cut by hand. We try to be true to the 9"x12" size, but a sheet could be off just a tad.
Use the drop down box to select either sheets or rolls.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE CURRENTLY OPEN ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY.
We understand that you want your order as soon as possible and our standard policy is 2-4 business days after payment is received. Our goal is to ship your items out within 2 business days, but if there are a high volume of orders, especially around holidays, please allow up to four or five business days. It is unusual for an order to not be posted within four business days.
Please note that we are on a regular post pick-up and that the pick up is anytime between 10am and 2:30pm. We work to get as many orders out on that pick-up.
Orders placed between 10am EST Friday and 7:00am Monday mornings may not be shipped until Tuesday. We attempt to get as many orders as possible processed prior to our mail pick-up.

We do everything possible to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately once USPS has taken your package there is not a lot we can do in regards to the actual delivery of your order.
If your order has not arrived when the tracking number indicates you can call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and they can tell you what is happening with your package. All we can see on our end, is what you see in regards to the tracking information on the USPS website.
I know this can be frustrating and we will help when we can, but we cannot ship out another package or refund your order until it is determined that your order will not be delivered or has been returned to us.

All sales are final with the exception of items damaged during shipping. We work to ensure that your items are packaged to protect your purchases, but once it is in USPS' hands, accidents can happen. If you received a damaged item or something is missing from you order, please contact us at mikriworld@mymetronet.net within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If at all possible please attach photos of the damaged items. You can also call us at 765-430-7102

Do you ship outside the United States and APO addresses?
Yes, we ship worldwide including APO addresses. Please email your orders to amanda@mikriworld.com You must include the items you would like to order as well as your full shipping address.
